When we were children, we needed guidance from our parents, teachers and communities to feel nurtured, learn and be inspired. It is no different in adulthood, in fact, we need it just as much!

Working at both the conscious and subconscious levels, hypno-coaching utilises the deep penetrating power of hypnosis along with the traditional principles of coaching to accelerate the process of goal achievement, and to create deep, long-lasting positive changes.

My coaching style varies depending on who I am working with. I have had training in several coaching frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural, Gestalt, Narrative, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology, NLP and Problem Solving.

As a Hypnotherapist, I incorporate Hynosis techniques to assist in further deepening and embedding the process and awareness as we work.

Coaching is now seen as an essential part to personal and professional development.

So why Nurture YOU?

Many of us see taking care of ourselves as a secondary priority to the demands of others, or our jobs. But in fact this is why so many of us are more stressed and burnt out than ever. We have not been conditioned to know how to nurture ourselves and see it as a luxury rather than a necessity.
